Strategic Partnerships: Apple Pay Education Campaign
BACKGROUND & APPROACH: Apple Pay wants to educate the consumer to βtapβ and use Apple Pay through promotions and activations at Urbanspace, Urbanspacetogo and The Makers Show. The goal is to educate, increase frequency and build loyalty through repeat use.
TAKEAWAYS: Worked directly with the Apple Pay team and agencies to create digital promotions, physical signage and collateral. In less than 3 months, we increased AP usage by 150% and improved the overall customer experience by reducing the transaction time. The partnership was executed according to the Apple brand guidelines and was supported by a offline signage and various digital tactics (i.e. email blasts, social media and digital advertising).
