BACKGROUND & APPROACH: Apple Pay wants to educate the consumer to β€œtap” and use Apple Pay through promotions and activations at Urbanspace, Urbanspacetogo and The Makers Show. The goal is to educate, increase frequency and build loyalty through repeat use.

TAKEAWAYS: Worked directly with the Apple Pay team and agencies to create digital promotions, physical signage and collateral. In less than 3 months, we increased AP usage by 150% and improved the overall customer experience by reducing the transaction time. The partnership was executed according to the Apple brand guidelines and was supported by a offline signage and various digital tactics (i.e. email blasts, social media and digital advertising).
